IVF — In Vitro Fertilisation
The most well-known ART technique. Eggs retrieved, fertilised in our embryology lab, embryo transferred into uterus. Recommended for blocked tubes, unexplained infertility, endometriosis and multiple failed IUI cycles.

ICSI / IMSI
ICSI injects a single sperm directly into each egg — ideal for male factor infertility. IMSI uses very high magnification to select only the morphologically best sperm, significantly improving fertilisation quality.

IUI — Intrauterine Insemination
Simpler first-line fertility treatment. Washed concentrated sperm placed directly into the uterus around ovulation. Recommended for mild male factor, unexplained infertility or ovulation disorders.

PGT-A / PGT-M Genetic Testing
Screens embryos for chromosomal abnormalities (PGT-A) or specific genetic conditions (PGT-M) before transfer. Significantly improves implantation rates and reduces miscarriage risk.

Egg Freezing — Fertility Preservation
Vitrification at -196°C allows women to preserve their eggs for future use. Ideal for delaying motherhood or those about to undergo chemotherapy or medical treatment affecting fertility.

Donor Programme
Beta hCG blood test at day 14 confirms pregnancy. Early viability scan at 6 weeks checks heartbeat. Continued care through delivery if needed.

STEP 1
Comprehensive Fertility Workup
We begin with a thorough evaluation — hormonal assays (AMH, FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin), antral follicle count via 3D/4D sonography, sperm DNA fragmentation test, and a detailed medical history of both partners.

STEP 2
Personalised Treatment Protocol
Based on your workup results, Dr. Neha designs a custom stimulation plan — choosing the right path between IVF, IUI, ICSI or IMSI. Your age, ovarian reserve, BMI and previous history all shape the protocol.

STEP 3
Ovarian Stimulation & Close Monitoring
You receive injectable gonadotropins over 10–14 days. We monitor your response every 2–3 days using blood tests and 3D/4D ultrasound on our Voluson Swift. Dosing adjusted in real-time.

STEP 4
Egg Retrieval & Fertilisation (ICSI/IMSI)
Eggs retrieved under light sedation in 20–30 minutes. Each mature egg fertilised using ICSI — or IMSI, which uses high-magnification selection for best sperm quality.

STEP 5
Embryo Culture, PGT & Transfer
Embryos cultured for 3–5 days under controlled conditions. PGT-A or PGT-M genetic testing where indicated. Highest quality blastocyst transferred with ultrasound guidance.

STEP 6
Pregnancy Confirmation & Continued Care
Beta hCG blood test at day 14 confirms pregnancy. Early viability scan at 6 weeks checks the heartbeat. Our team supports you through early pregnancy — and if needed, right through to delivery.
